Villa Southern Star is a luxurious and impressive 5 bedroom villa located in the sought after area of Kiziltas in Kalkan, and has an extra annex studio building, perfect for larges groups who also wish to have their own private space from time to time. The villa has a real mediterranean look and feel to it with its warm tones, stone brick work and surrounding palm trees and luscious greenery, as well as the large swimming pool of course. The villa looks out onto stunning sea views, and the outdoor facilities allow you to soak in these views from sunrise to sunset, and even at night to enjoy the twinkling lights of Kalkan town.

The interior of the villa is a light and airy, with a modern yet homely feel to it, with lots of space, and each bedroom has panoramic sea views over the bay, including the annex bedroom.

Living Room: Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area, cable TV, DVD/CD player, fireplace, comfortable seating area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster.

Outside: Private swimming pool and terrace area, sun loungers, parasols, shower, outdoor seating, shaded outdoor dining area, BBQ, and bar.

Pool dimensions: 11m x 6.5m, depth 1.6m.

Annex: Double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, open plan living room and kitchenette, access to pool terrace, sea views.

Other: Wifi available.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
