Villa Baysal A

This is a magnificent and luxurious villa which has four bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. The bedrooms consist of two double, and two twins, therefore the villa is perfect for two families or one large family.
The views from this holiday home are breath taking, as you look out over the blue sea, nearby islands, and mountains surrounding the Kalkan area. The position of the villa on the hillside, plus the large windows, means you get the best of these views.
It is beautifully furnished inside, and outside you will find a private pool, sunbathing terrace, and a BBQ area so that you and your family can enjoy those summer evenings outdoors. If you want to venture out of course, then you have the advantage of being very close to the town centre where you will find an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Living Room comfortable seating area for 8 people, satellite TV, DVD player, large windows/sliding doors providing pool, sea, and mountain view.

Kitchen large, luxury, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, kettle, toaster, dining table and chairs.

Extras: Internet access, iron, Telephone.

Outside private pool, sunbathing area, balcony/terrace, sun loungers, BBQ, sea view, mountain view.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
