This is a large, luxury, 6 bedroom villa which comfortably sleeps up to 12 people and is located in the beautiful sea side resort of Kalkan. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and has spectacular sea views.
Although it is set in a tranquil and peaceful area, it is just 5 minute drive to the centre of Kalkan, or just a 5 minute walk to some local shops, bakery, and  green grocers.

Bedroom 6: 2nd Floor, 2 single beds, shared bathroom with bedroom 5, air-con, wardrobe, dressing table, bed side table, sea views.

Kitchen: large, luxury kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans etc, open plan with living room and dining area which seats 12 people.

Living Room: spacious living room with comfortable lounge area seating 12 people, HD flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player.

Other: Wi-Fi available, utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, down stairs cloakroom.

Outside: private swimming pool, children’s pool, and garden, sunbathing area with sun loungers, sun shade, BBQ, outside dining area.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Please Note 50 metre road leading to villa is steep.
