This beautiful villa can hold up to 8 people with it’s 4 bedrooms. It is a very stylish home which has been luxuriously furnished. Outside you can enjoy it’s private pool and garden, which has barbecue facilities. Another great feature of this property is that it lies only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan.

Bedrooms: Villas Enes has four bedrooms and all bedrooms are air conditioned and has en-suite batrooms

1. Bedroom (1st Floor): En-Suite, 1 double, air con, balcony.

2. Bedroom (1st Floor): En-Suite, 2 singles, air con, balcony.

3. Bedroom (2nd Floor): En-Suite, 1 double, air con, balcony.

4. Bedroom (2nd Floor): En-Suite, 2 singles, air con, balcony.

Bathrooms: 

Four en-suite bathrooms, one WC in living area.

Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen, sea and countryside views, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave oven, built-in 4-cooker, electric kettle, 8 person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery.

Lounge: Sea and countryside views, 8 person dining table, sitting area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, wifi modem, Living room and kitchen are lead directly to the pool terrace.

Amenities: Barbecue, Private Pool, Parking, Garden. 

Pool Terrace: Sheltered swimming pool, loungers, sun umbrellas, garden furniture, table and chairs, stone barbecue available.

Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
