Villa Hayat 1, which is a good choice for our guests who want to have a pleasant villa holiday with its unique location in nature and meticulous design, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. With the jacuzzi and children’s pool in the villa, it appeals to both honeymooners and is also great choice for families. Located 3.5 kilometers from Gemiler beach, our villa has all the equipment you may need during your holiday.

NOTE: An extra 400 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals of less than 1 week.

NOTE : There is another villa named Villa Hayat 2, which belongs to the same villa owner, next to our villa. It is a good choice for our guests who want to rent two villas side by side.

NOTE : There is mosquito net and alarm system in our villa.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner and private bathroom/WC in the room.

Living Room: In the living room section with a modern design; There is a stylish sitting group, TV, air conditioning and direct exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-cooker set, tea machine, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.) and a walking table.

Pool : Dimensions of the pool located in the private garden; It is 9 x 4 meters and its depth is 1.50 meters. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.
