Villa Kral is a stunning ultra luxury and modern villa which is accompanied by breath-taking panoramic sea views and views of the mountains.

The villa can sleep up to 12 people with its impressive 6 bedrooms (which all have sea views), making this property perfect for large or multiple families. Even when occupied to its capacity, the villa is spacious enough so that all guests can stay comfortably.

Outside is a private terrace and infinity pool so that you can make the most of the summer weather during your holiday, with facilities for al fresco dining.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, en-suite marble bathroom, and a balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, en-suite marble bathroom, private balcony with sea views.

Living Room: Open plan, modern, spacious, and comfortable lounge area with plenty of entertainment including Satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet, air-conditioning, and a fireplace for the cooler months. Large French doors provide access to pool area and sea views.

Kitchen: Open plan, modern, luxury, and fully fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; island breakfast table and also an additional indoor dining area.

Other: Jacuzzi

Outside: Private infinity swimming pool over looking sea views, terrace area with sun loungers, shaded outdoor seating area and dining facilities with BBQ.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
