Our Marin Hill villa, located on the Turgutreis D-Marin hill, is the villa with the most magnificent panoramic view of the Aegean and stands out with its unique design. Villa Marin Hill is a villa with 600 m2 of life in 1000m2 land; living room on the garden floor, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 + 1 outbuilding on the middle floor, kitchen, sauna, fin bath, shower and fitness room, living room on the loft floor, open kitchen, guest bedroom and bathroom, jacuzzi on the patio, infinity pool and There is a garden fireplace.There are 2 master bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and a terrace viewing area on the terrace floor.Our villa has a closed-house solar system with smart home technology. is a villa of nature.

Pool: Our villa has a specially designed infinity pool. The dimensions of the pool are 12 m x 10 m. The depth is 1.5 m. Our pool also has a jacuzzi section.

Extras: Sauna, fin bath, fitness room, jacuzzi, garden fireplace, smart home technology, closed system solar energy usage.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Please note that there is a 300 metre gravel road up leading up to the villa.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
