Villa Meryem is a stunning stone built bungalow villa located in the tranquil and quirky village of Kayakoy.

The design of the villa fits perfectly with the countryside surroundings, whilst the interior is furnished and decorated with luxurious first class materials and stylish furniture. There is also a Jacuzzi for added luxury and to allow guests to relax completely.

It has been fully equipped so that couples and small families can enjoy a perfect home away from home, with a private pool and garden so guests can make the most of the hot summer days. The outside area is also secluded so it can not be seen from outside the property.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, dresser and hair dryer, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air-conditioning, balcony and bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dresser, air-conditioning, vanity table, balcony and bathroom.

Living Room: Comfortable seating area, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, 4-seater dining table, exit to the pool.  Fireplace.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-hob, microwave, kettle, 6-seater dining sets, pans, pots, cutlery and cups.

Outside: Pool and a sun terrace area, private secluded swimming pool, a private garden, 6-person table and chairs, 4 chairs, barbecue, sun umbrella. 

Pool Dimensions; 7 meters long  and 1.6 meters deep.  

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
