Villa Mountain Breeze

Villa Mountain breeze has a beautiful and unique design, with a white contemporary exterior, and built on four floors which offers stunning views of the sea, the surrounding mountains and islands, and Kalkan town below.

There is a private swimming pool and terrace with sun bathing area and outdoor dining facilities, enabling guests to take in the views and enjoy the sun, and warm summer evenings.

The interior of the villa is modern, spacious, and cool, with stylish furniture and is fully equipped with everything you need. It sleeps up to 6 people, which means it is perfect for families.
There is plenty of luxury with the contemporary and high quality furniture and decor, and a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom.

Bedroom 1: King Size bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 3: King Size bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea views.

Living Room: Spacious living room with sea views, access to the pool terrace, modern furniture and comfortable seating, TV, satellite, DVD player, CD player.

Kitchen: Modern, open plan kitchen with granite worktops and wood fitted cupboards, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob/extractor, 6-person dining table and chairs.

Utility Room: Washing machine, iron board and tumble dryer, clothes-airer.

Outside: Private infinity swimming pool and garden, sun loungers and parasols, sheltered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, and BBQ.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
