Villa Ozay Sleeps 6 is a modern and luxury 3 bedrooms villa located in the peaceful village of Islamlar, Kalkan. The villa has been furnished with quality furniture and is fully equipped. There is a private infinity swimming pool which overlooks amazing sea views and over Kalkan and Patara beach. There are local shops and restaurants close by, and the centre of Kalkan is just a 15-20 minute drive.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds, en-suite, air-conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, access to pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony with sea views.

Living Room: Comfortable lounge are with coffee table, TV, DVD Player, large windows providing views, access to pool area.

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen, fully equipped with built-in hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, dining area.

Other: washing machine, iron/ironing board, water cooler, air-conditioning throughout house.

Outside: Private infinity swimming pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, outdoor seating. Sea views, views of Kalkan and Patara beach.
Pool size: 8m x 4m, depth: 1.65m.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
