Villa Panora is an impressive ultra luxurious 4 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Kalkan in the highly sought after area of Kalamar. Its elevated position provides amazing panoramic sea views, surrounded by the distant mountains, and all the goings on of Kalkan below.

There is nothing more relaxing than bathing in the infinity pool, looking out to the deep blue sea and watching the boats come and go from the bay.

The poolside area complete with sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture allow you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, and you will notice how serene and calming the view is. The inside of the villa is oozing with luxury, style, and comfort with the large open plan ground floor which combines the modern kitchen and living area with the same stunning views. 

Bedrooms: Each room has an en suite bathroom. All rooms have sea views.

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite with 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite with 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite with 2 single beds, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Outside: Large, private infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool and shallow pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, bar area.

Pool dimensions:  12m x 4.m, depth 1.6m, Jacuzzi: 3m x 15m, Children’s pool: 3m x 3m

Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8, spoon and cutlery set and cups. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Living Room: air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, children’s bed, child seat, sink are located. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor there is also a very large looking terrace for relaxation and sunbathing.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
