Villa Pırlanta

One of the most sought after areas of Kalkan, is an area called Kisla, which is home to this magnificent 6 bedroom villa, Villa Pırlanta, the highest quality property in the neighbourhood. It has breath taking, panoramic sea views, as well as views of the mountains and surrounding areas, which are maximised by the large top-to-floor windows and French doors.  The villa is furnished with first class furniture and contains everything you will need during your stay.

For true relaxation, you can take advantage of the Jacuzzi, or take a dip in the villa’s own private pool, children are also welcomed by the children’s pool where they can play. The pool area alos offers spectacular views so you can really have a touch of luxury.

On the ground floor you can enjoy yourselves at the ping-pong table, and on this floor you will find clothes washing and ironing facilities.

Villa Diamond is a 2 minute walk from the nearest beach club, which also has a water taxi to the centre of Kalkan and the harbour. There are 3 restaurants in the Kisla area, the nearest is a 2 minute walk away. There is also a ’corner shop’ for basic groceries. If you prefer luxury and quality, then this is the villa for you.

Internet:  WI-FI Available

Air Conditioning: Air conditioned throughout, except for one bedroom with air conditioning.

Outside: Sun beds, parasols, BBQ, outdoor furniture.

Swimming pool: 11m x 5m, depth: 1.65m, children need to be supervised

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: An accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
