Villa Sarnic

Villa Sarnic is a luxury 3 bedroom villa which is situated in a peaceful location with beautıful views of Kalkan Bay and the surroundings mountains, and yet is within walking distance to Kalkan town. The villa is built on three levels and each level has sea views.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: king size bed, en-suite with jacuzzi, balcony.

Bedroom 2: double bed, en-suite, balcony.

Bedroom 3: twin beds, communal bathroom, access to roof terrace.

Living Room: spacious open plan living room, comfortable lounge area, satellite TV, DVD player, dockimg station, internet, access to pool terrace, great views.

Kitchen: modern kitchen fulluy equipped with fridge, freezer, fan oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Utility Room: washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer.

Outside: private swimming pool and garden, pool shower, large sun terrace, BBQ, wooden sunbeds, cushions, parasols, tables, outdoor dining furniture.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit. Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
