Villa Zafre is  an impressive luxury villa on the hillside of Kalkan over looking breathtaking sea views. There are 4 luxuriously decorated suite bedrooms in our villa. Wireless internet access is available throughout the villa. This private villa  is among the most special villas in Kalkan, with its architecture and interior design.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom (ensuit): It is air-conditioned. There are 2 single comfort beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom-WC and exit to the pool terrace in the room.

2. Bedroom (ensuit): It is air-conditioned. In the room there is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3. Bedroom (suit): Air-conditioned. There is 1 double king size bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

4. Bedroom (ensuit): It is air-conditioned. There is a double king size bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom-WC and terrace in the room.

Garden: In the garden there is a pool, dining table, seating group with pergola and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. The pool dimensions are 13 m x 4 meters and the depth is 1.6 meters. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out by staff once a day.

Kitchen: American kitchen. In the kitchen, there are microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle kettle, toaster, pots and pans set, 8-person dinner set, spoon and fork set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Living Room: There is air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink in the living room and there is an exit to the pool side. The hall is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also has a sitting group, table and chair.

Other: Wi-fi available.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
