Villa Amazon is a stunning 4 bedroom villa located in the popular town of Dalyan. Although the villa is in a peaceful area with stunning scenery, it is close to the town centre where there is plenty going on, and yet all in a laid back style.

The villa is light, airy, and spacious, which has been designed in a modern way, and yet still has a comfortable and homely feel to it. 

Outside is a beautiful private garden and large swimming pool.

Bedrooms: 4

Bedroom 1: Bunk beds, air-conditioning, Ground floor.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, TV, Juliette balcony with pool view. First floor.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, TV, Juliette balcony with pool view. First floor

Bedroom 4: Three single beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, TV, Juliette balcony with pool view.

First floor.

Bathrooms: 4 (3 en-suite on first floor, one family bathroom on ground floor.)

Living Room: Spacious, light and area living room with comfortable lounge  chairs and sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV, Internet. Open plan with kitchen.

Kitchen: Open plan, spacious and modern kitchen which is fully fitted with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and all general utensils

Outside: Large, well maintained private garden, large private swimming pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, terrace with outdoor dining furniture, BBq.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
