Villa Esra is a beautiful 5 bedroom holiday home located in the Gokseki area of Kas. It is peaceful and tranquil, with mountain and sea views, and only 1.5km away from the beach.
The villa is spacious, light and airy, making it a perfect summer villa, and has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you will need.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, sea views, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom (shared).

Bedroom 2: Double bed, single bed, mountain views, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom (shared).

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, sea view, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, sea views.

Bedroom 5: Single bed, sea views.

Bathrooms: 2

Living Room: spacious living room with fireplace, TV, dining area, bathroom & WC.

Kitchen: modern open plan kitchen, fully equipped.

Outside: Private swimming pool and garden, sunbathing area with  sun loungers, parasols, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs.
Pool Dimensions: width: 3.75m, Length: 7m, Depth: 1.50m.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
