Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 single bed, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom / WC in the bedroom.

2. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with air conditioning and there are 2 single beds, wardrobe and bathroom / WC in the bedroom.

Living Room: There is a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet in the living room.

Kitchen: American Kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle kettle, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, coffee and tea machine, pan and cookware, table for 6 people and There are chairs, dinner sets, cutlery, water and tea glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Garden: There is a sheltered swimming pool, garden table and chairs, 4 sunbeds and sun umbrellas, 2 bar chairs and barrel-shaped table, outdoor dining table and chairs under the gazebo for outdoor showers and barbecues.

The pool has a 78 m2 L-shaped private swimming pool with shelter. Pool dimensions are 8 m long on the side. x 8 m., 4 m on the short side. x is 4 meters, depth is 1.50 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
