The villa is secluded which means it is enclosed so that no one can see into the garden and pool area.

The interior of the villa has been furnished and decorated with a modern and sleek design, using top quality materials and extra features for extra luxury, such as the large Jacuzzi within in the bedroom.

In the private garden there is a large pool and a pergola located next providing a perfect romantic setting.

We consider this villa to be perfect for small families or couples, especially newly weds looking for that perfect honeymoon.

The villa has pool heating system for an additional 150 GBP per week if required.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air-conditioning, Jacuzzi, pool table, LCD TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, air-conditioning, bathroom.

Living Room: Modern seating area combined with dining area, TV, DVD player, satellite TV, and direct access to pool area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, extractor fan, kettle, pots, pends, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc.

Outside: Large, private and secluded swimming pool and garden, pergola, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasols, and BBQ.

Pool dimensions: 9m x 4m, depth 1.5m.

Extras: Wifi internet, jacuzzi, billiard table.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
