Villa Alavya is located in Hisarönü in Fethiye district of Muğla, Turkey’s favorite holiday destination. Our villa was completed in 2021 and is tastefully furnished with comfortable and high quality home decorations. Details such as pool table, sauna and jacuzzi have been thought out to the smallest details so that the guests can have a fun-filled holiday. Our villa, which is planned to be accommodated for 12 months, has a heated indoor pool and sauna that you can optionally use for the winter months.

The indoor pool is active free of charge between October 15th and 1st, and is activated for 1250 TL on other dates.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 700 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

NOTE: The entrance time to the villa is between 16:00 and 20:00.

Bedrooms: There are 4 suite bedrooms in the villa.

1-Bedroom: Family bedroom with air conditioning. There is 1 double bed, LCD TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and bathroom / WC.

2-Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, LCD TV, nightstand and bathroom/WC.

3-Bedroom: Family bedroom with air conditioning. There is 1 double bed, LCD TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and bathroom / WC.

4-Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, LCD TV, nightstand and bathroom/WC.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver, wc (common) and dining table for 6 people.

Kitchen : It is a modern American kitchen. There are dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, cutlery set, washing machine, built-in oven, dinner set for 8 people, Turkish coffee machine, electric kettle, pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. The dimensions of the pool are 11.5 m x 3.85 m; depth is 1.45 m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Indoor Pool: There is an indoor pool, sauna, shower, 2 garden armchairs. The dimensions of the pool are 3 x 5 m and the depth is.... There is also a pool table and a 6-person dining table and chairs.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden table, swing and barbecue in the garden.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
