Villa Alize is a lovely 4 bedroom villa located in Calis, just 1km (15-20 minute walk) from the beloved Calis beach which is surrounded by stunning scenery and is accompanied by a large selection of restaurants along the promenade. The villa has been very well designed using 1st class materials and furnished with quality. It is fully secured with alarms and CCTV and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Outside of the villa you will find a private pool and beautiful garden with a great sunbathing area. The exterior is also well equipped with outdoor dining furniture on the terrace and BBQ.

1st bedroom: Double bed, jacuzzi, air con, en-suite, desssing table, wardrobe.
2nd bedroom: one single bed, dressing table, bedside tables, wardrobe, air con, shared bathroom.
3rd bedroom: one single bed, shared bathroom, bedside table, air con, wardrobe.
4th bedroom: double bed en-suite, dressing table, air con, wardrobe. Bathrooms: 3

Kitchen: Modern American style kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, 7 seater dining set, pans, pots, water dispenser, cutlery.

Living Room: Comfortable lounge area, international satellite TV channels, 42 inch LCD TV, iron, ironing board, WC, WiFi, access to outside.

Outside: Terrace, outdoor dining set, BBQ, sun loungers, parasols, established and well kept garden.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
