Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Suite family bedroom, 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, iron & ironing board and en-suite bathroom/WC. (1st Floor)

2. Bedroom: There is a master bedroom, 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe and bathroom/WC. (1st Floor)

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed with nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe and bathroom/WC (common). (attic floor)

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe and bathroom/WC (common). (attic floor)

Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group in the living room, a modem for the internet, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver and a fan for cooling.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, pans & pots, cutlery and a dinner set for 6 people.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. 

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 6.80 x 3.50 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done twice a day in the morning or evening.

Private Garden: There is a private pool in its private and large garden. There are also 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and private swings in the garden.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.
