Villa Asma

 Villa Asma is located in Fethiye / Faralya.  Offers great sea views.  Faralya’s pristine nature, clean air with a peaceful holiday is offered to you.  Villa Asma is an ideal villa for those who want to vacation in nature.  It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, living room, american kitchen and 2 bathrooms.  Bedrooms have air conditioning.  There are all home decoration and white goods in the villa.  Villa’s pool is sheltered and ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.  Our villa has a very special view, our building was taken to the front to capture this view, so our pool terrace remained less narrow.

 Bedrooms

 1. Bedroom: The air-conditioned family bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe with dresser and bedside table, a balcony and a bathroom.

 2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned young bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and bathroom.

 Lounge Villa The mezzanine lounge has a comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs for 6 people, satellite receiver, LCD TV, iron and ironing board, air conditioning.  There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

 Kitchen Modern American kitchen is located.  The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner, toaster, oven, cutlery, electric kettle, pots and pans, 4-person dinner set, water and tea cups.

 Pool Villa Hanging garden depth of 1.50 meters, length 6.50 meters, width 3 meters, there is a private swimming pool.  There is also a sheltered pool.  Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

 The private garden has a small pool terrace, private swimming pool, sun umbrellas and 4 sun loungers and a barbecue.  In the garden there are tables and chairs for 4 guests.  Maintenance Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

 Extras Villa is delivered as clean.  Bedrooms have air conditioning.  For stays of 2 weeks or more, villa cleaning is done once a week.  Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day.

 Important information Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa.  There is no fee.  Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc.  Insurances are not included in the prices.
 All of our villas are located in the nature and regularly sprayed.  Despite this, the environment;  butterfly, insect, fly etc.  There is a possibility.
 We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our pool protected villas. There is always 5% avoidance in these villas.

 
 Internet: The villa has Wi-fi.  Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced.  Using Internet;  emails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites;  Watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

 Special Note about Faralya;  Faralya is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz and it is a winding road.  Faralya;  is a quiet settlement in terms of geographical structure.  (The village)

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
