Villa Barış is a new villa located in Hisarönü in the Fethiye region. Our villa has a modern and comfortable design for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms. The villa has pool heating and can easily be converted to an outdoor or indoor pool.  There is a parking lot in front of our villa where you can park your car.

NOTE: An extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

NOTE : There is a baby bed and high chair in our villa.

NOTE : Pool heating is optional and is calculated on the basis of current KW.

Bedrooms :

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom & WC and exit to the balcony.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & WC and exit to the balcony.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & WC and exit to the balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & WC and exit to the balcony.

Living Room: There is a modern sitting group, air conditioner, coffee table and TV in the living room. There is a shared WC. There is an access to the pool floor and an exit to the back garden.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove and tea maker (kettle). There is also a washing machine, iron, baby bed, high chair and hair dryer.

Internet : There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: Its dimensions are 4.5 m x 9 m in a private garden; Its depth is 1.50 m. There are 6 sun loungers, 3 parasols and 2 drop swings by the pool.

Garden: There are tables & chairs and a barbecue in the garden.

İnternet The villa has an internet connection.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit of £250 is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
