Note: There is an extra cleaning fee of 500 TL for stays with pets. This amount increases in proportion to the number of animals.
Bedrooms

1.Bedroom: The first bedroom has 1 double bed. There are 2 nightstand, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, WC and bathroom. It has its own balcony and 2 chairs in the balcony.

2.Bedroom: The second bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe balcony (common use) and 2 chairs in the balcony. WC and bathroom are shared.

3.Bedroom: The last bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, balcony (common use), air conditioning, WC and bathroom (common use).

Lounge The lounge is located on the ground floor. It has a seating group, coffee table, TV, air conditioning. Features a balcony and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a kitchen table, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave.

Garden In the garden, there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, garden seating, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Pool Size of the pool: There is a private swimming pool. 8.5 x 4.5 m; depth: 1.65 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
