Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, private bathroom/WC and balcony in the room.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom/WC and balcony in the room.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, private bathroom/WC and balcony in the room.

Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group, TV and air conditioning in the living room.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, tea maker, toaster, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.) and a dining table.

Pool: Its dimensions in the garden; There is a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi of 8.50 x 4.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. Pool & garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet : There is Wi-Fi in the villa.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
