Villa Unver 2 is a beautiful villa for rent with its 700 sq.m large garden and the standard swimming pool of 65 sqm, located in Hisaronu close to the famous Oludeniz. Just a 5 minute drive from Ölüdeniz and a 1 minute drive from the centre of Hisaronu. Even though the villa is close to the center, it is in a very calm and peaceful area. For those guests who have a larger group but would like to keep their own space, we have Unver 2 just next door. 

The villa has been tastefully decorated and has a total of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for families. The villa has a spacious lounge and open plan kitchen. 

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1: Suite family bedroom 1 double bed, closet, air conditioning, balcony, toilet and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: en-suite twin bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, balcony, toilet and bathroom.

Bedroom 3: en-suite twin bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, balcony, toilet and bathroom.

Living room: Satellite receiver, LCD TV, iron and ironing board, living room, sink. Exit to pool area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle kettle, water bath, refrigerator, built-in oven, dish for 6 people, toaster, pots and pans, built-in cooker, spoon and cutlery. The kitchen is at the entrance level.

Garden: 700 m2 private garden with sunbathing area, deck chairs, private pool, hammock, sun umbrella, pergola, garden seating group, barbecue, dining table and chairs are located. There is a playground for children.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Pool Size; The length is 9 m. Width is 6 m. and Depth is 1.6 m. The garden and the pool are maintained by the staff in the morning once a day.

Internet: Internet available but this should be limited to emails, social network etc, downloading and streaming will result data loss. Internet speeds can vary due to the nature of the area.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
