Perfect for couples and honeymooners, you will be taken in by the idyllic setting of this villa, which has been designed in keeping of its natural location using wood and stone architecture. This is combined with beautiful and unique decor and furnishings and equipped with everything you will need during your holiday.

The pool and garden area is completely secluded which means you will be in total privacy, and yet you can venture out into village and experience all Kayakoy has to offer, including rich country side, wildlife, shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Bedroom: Located on the second floor on a half room balcony which overlooks the lounge area. One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom.

Living Room: Seating area, TV, DVD Player, table and chairs, access to pool area.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, Kettle, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, cups and glasses.

Outside: Private and secluded garden and swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, BBQ, terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs.
Garden and pool maintenance carried out once per day.
Pool dimensions: 5m x 3.5m, depth 1.5m.

Extras: WI-FI

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
