This a unique country villa set in an idyllic setting in Kayakoy. It has 2 double bedrooms which allow for up to 4 people to be accommodated comfortably. The villa also has a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens to enjoy the countryside setting. You can also sit back and take in the stunning mountain scenery. Although it is set in the peaceful countryside, it is only a short drive to the beach or town centre.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, 4 person dining set, pans, and cutlery.

Living Room: Comfortable lounge over looking the pool, with satellite TV, air conditioning, and bathroom. Outside: private swimming pool, landscaped private gardens, sunbathing area with deck chairs and parasols, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, terrace.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit. Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
