Villa Efe

Villa Efe is a charming country villa located in the picturesque and tranquil village of Kayakoy. Gemiler beach is just 5 minutes drive from Kayakoy and Oludenız beach is around 10 minutes drive.

The villa has been beautifully furnished combining a country style house with modern furnishings. The stylish interior is light and airy making it a perfect summer holiday home.

It has been fully equipped with everything you will need, including a large, private, and secluded swimming pool and children’s pool, table tennis for added entertainment, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with TV, DVD player, and satellite channels.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Family bedroom with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, dresser and hair dryer.

Bedroom 2: Air-conditioned master bedroom family suite with 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, a dressing table, balcony.

Bedroom 3: Air-conditioned bedroom suite with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and balcony.

Bedroom 4: Family bedroom with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, a dresser and a hair dryer.

Living Room: Comfortable seating area, 8-seater dining table and chairs, LCD TV, Satellite receiver, DVD, fireplace, access to pool area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, microwave, oven, cutlery and knife sets, kettle, pots and pans, 8-seater dining suite, cups etc.

Outside: Private swimming pool: 1.60 meters deep, 7 metres in length, children’s pool, pool is within a private garden, Pool and garden maintenance is done one day, once in the morning or evening. There is a poolside sun terrace, 8-person table and chairs in the garden, garden furniture, sun umbrellas, BBQ.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
