Villa Fümehan is located in the heart of Kayaköy, a village steeped in history, once known as Levissi in Greek and mentioned in the famous travel writings of Evliya Çelebi. Built on the ruins of the ancient Lycian city of Karymlassos, Kayaköy was a thriving cultural and commercial hub until the early 20th century. Today, it still radiates a unique historical charm with its traditional stone houses, thoughtfully constructed on the hillside to respect each other’s views and natural light.

 

Set among lush greenery and overlooking the iconic abandoned Greek houses of Kayaköy, Villa Fümehan stands out as a rare gem. Lovingly restored to preserve its historical character, this villa offers a unique and authentic experience. With multiple independent living spaces, tasteful décor that blends seamlessly with its surroundings, a beautiful garden, and a private pool, Villa Fümehan is the perfect place to enjoy a truly unforgettable holiday.

 

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

 

Note: A cleaning fee of 4,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.

• Main Living Room: Decorated with authentic and antique elements, featuring a stone fireplace, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable seating area. (No air conditioning in this room.)
• Mini Living Room: Located in a separate building, this cozy lounge includes a seating area, LCD TV, and stone fireplace.

 

Kitchens

Villa Fümehan offers both a main kitchen and a secondary kitchenette in the separate unit.

 

• Main Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, microwave, dinnerware, electric kettle, cutlery set for 12, and a full selection of tea, coffee, water, and wine glasses.
• Mini Kitchen (in the annex): Includes a 2-burner stove, dishwasher, and glassware for tea, coffee, and wine.

 

Pool & Garden

The private swimming pool in the garden measures 3m x 5m with a depth of 1.80m. It is cleaned daily, either in the morning or evening. There is also a sunbathing terrace with loungers.

 

Private Garden: Features a pool, sunbathing terrace, garden dining set, loungers, and a barbecue area.

 

Terrace

Enjoy breathtaking views of Kayaköy’s historic Greek houses from the terrace, complete with a shaded seating area and outdoor dining table.

 

Internet

Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. However, due to the local infrastructure, occasional service interruptions may occur. The connection is suitable for basic tasks such as emails and browsing but may not support streaming or large downloads.

 

Extras

The villa is delivered clean and ready for guests.

 

Important Information

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price. Additional services such as extra linens/towels, cleaning, car rental, or health/travel insurance are not included. For hygiene reasons, consumables like toilet paper and food/beverages are not provided. While all our villas are regularly treated for pests, you may still encounter insects or butterflies due to the natural setting.

 

Note on Kayaköy:

Kayaköy is a quiet, rural village. Due to high demand in the area, occasional issues such as power or water cuts, low voltage, or construction noise may occur.

 

Damage Deposit

A refundable deposit of 4,000 TL is required upon arrival. It will be returned at check-out, provided there is no damage or loss.

The images on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens (12–18 mm) to capture the full view of the villa, so some items may appear larger than they are in reality.
