Bedrooms

1.Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV, bathroom & wc.

2.Bedroom: Two single beds (combinable), dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning (Shared bathroom & wc)

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dish, pan-cooker, cutlery set, dining table.

Living room: Comfortable seating, air conditioning, TV.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with a size of 9m x 4m and a depth of 1.40 m. There is also a children’s pool.

Garden: Private swimming pool, gyms, sitting group, hammock, table tennis.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner. The villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out once a day.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites such as entry enough; Movie and video viewing is not enough to use as a file download.

For 2019, 1st - 10th June and 1st-15th September prices will be at August rates.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: 

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
