Villa Lykia is a charming 3 bedroom stone villa located in the idyllic countryside of Kayakoy, popular for its rich history, beautiful natural surroundings, and proximity to the beaches and towns.

The villa has been completed in 2015 and combines and traditional country stone house with a modern, spacious, and luxurious interior.

It has a private and secluded swimming pool and garden area, which means no one from outside the property, can see into the grounds, making it ideal for honeymooners. There is a children’s pool too so it is also great for small families.

Bedrooms: 2

Bedroom 1: Double bed, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: Open plan, modern kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, hob, kettle, 4-person dining sets, pans, pots, cutlery, a knife set.

Living Room: Spacious, comfortable seating area, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioning, sink, iron and ironing board, fireplace, vacuum cleaner.

Internet: There is wireless internet connection.

Outside: Private and secluded swimming pool and children’s pool. Dimensions – Length: 7 m, width: 4 m and depth: 1.55 m.

Garden Chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, garden furniture, chairs and tables.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
