Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom/WC.

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.

Living Room: Stylish sitting group, TV, air conditioner and direct exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, 4-hob cooker set and kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, saucepan & pans, etc.).

Internet : There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region internet connection is not always stable.

Pool: Its dimensions are 4 m x 9.5 m in a private garden; Its depth is 1.50 m. There are 6 sun loungers, bamboo swing, garden seating and dining table by the pool.

Private garden: There is a private pool in its private garden. In addition, there is a seating group, table and chairs, 1 bamboo swing and barbecue/barbecue in the garden.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
