Villa Nergiz

Villa Nergiz is an impressive and unique concept as it is a partial renovation of an old country house, the remains of the old house are still present and add a rustic charm to the property, and serve as a constant reminder of the village’s deep historic roots.
The stone built house has large grounds but the swimming pool and terrace are on the roof deck, providing beautiful views of the countryside and surrounding mountains.

The inside of the house has been furnished and decorated in a modern and stylish way, whilst still combing the traditional aspects.

This is a perfect house to really enjoy the countryside and have a relaxing holiday, whilst only a short drive to amenities and attractions, such as Gemiler beach one way, and Oludeniz the other way.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air-conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, en suite bathroom.

Living Room: Large and spacious lounge has comfortable and modern furniture, air-conditioning, TV, Satellite receiver, internet modem.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4 hob cooker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, 4-person dinner set, cutlery and knife set, cups and glassware.

Outside: Private swimming pool and garden on the roof deck, 90% secluded, with sunbathing terrace including sun loungers, sheltered outdoor dining area with comfortable bean bag lounge chairs.

Pool Dimensions: Length 6.5 m, width 5 m, depth 1.6 m. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once per day.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
