Villa Romantik is located in the famous resort town of Fethiye, Kayakoy. Our villa which is to be completed in May 20, 2019 is a one bedroom honeymoon villa. The villa with its large pool area is sheltered and the pool is not visible from the outside.

Bedrooms: 1

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. The bedroom has 1 double round bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, LCD TV, vanity table and bathroom / WC.

Living Room: The lounge has LCD TV, satellite receiver, modern sofa set, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern designed American kitchen. In the kitchen there are dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle (kettle), set top 4 quarry, dinner set, spoon and cutlery set, pot and pan set, cups, iron, hair dryer.

Outside: Swimming pool,  Width: 4 meters, Length: shallow pool including 11.5 meters, Depth 1.40 m. There is a private swimming pool with sheltered dimensions. Pool and garden maintenance is done once or twice a day.
Private Garden includes a sheltered swimming pool, a gazebo, a table and chairs for 4 people, a barbecue and 2 sun loungers.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
