Villa Sirena is a 2 bedroom villa with sheltered pool to be completed in May 2019. In order to allow families with children to spend time with pleasure in other Kayaköy villas, a children’s playground was created in the garden of the villa. The villa is located in Fethiye-Kayaköy area which stands out with its calm, peaceful and natural structure. The villa has two bedrooms and has a capacity of four people. There is a green garden.

Bedrooms

1.Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV, bathroom & wc.

2.Bedroom: Two single beds (can be joined), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning bathroom & wc.

Kitchen: American kitchen with refrigerator, oven, cooker, plates, pans and pots, cutlery set, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, air conditioning, TV, WC.

Pool: Dimensions 9.6m x 3.9m depth There is a private swimming pool with dimensions including 1.40 meters children’s pool.

Garden: Private swimming pool, sun beds, sitting group, children’s playground.

Kayaköy: It is a quiet settlement in terms of its geographical structure. (The village)

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
