Villa Tam ay

Villa Tam ay, is located in the stunning countryside village of Kayakoy, home of the famous and historical ‘ghost town’. The villa was built in 2011 and became available for rent in 2014 where it has become a popular holiday home amongst guests.

It has been built from stone to keep in with the traditional surroundings of the village. It has a large swimming pool within beautifully maintained and established gardens, and the pool and garden is secluded which means it is completely private from outside the property grounds.  The interior has been tastefully furnished and decorated, mixing modern with traditional, and has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday.

Bedrooms - Clean bed linen is included

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, hair dryer, bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 1 Single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom (in the hall).

Bedroom 3:1 Double bed, air conditioning. wardrobe, 1 double bed, dresser, bathroom (in the hall).

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable seating area, LCD TV, Satellite receiver, fireplace, dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Kitchen Modern and highly quality kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, 4-stove, pots and pans, 6-person dinnerware, cutlery and knife sets, tea, coffee, water glasses.

Outside: Private and secluded swimming pool and beautiful lush garden. Pool dimensions: length 10 m, width 4 m, depth 1.6 m.
The garden and pool maintenance is carried out once per day.

There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, garden furniture, chairs and tables.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
