In the heart of Ovacik, not too far from all the goings on, and yet far enough to remain in a peaceful country road, lies the ultra luxurious Villa Cemre. This villa has been designed in an impressive and unique way, with high quality materials, decor and furniture you can see the luxury at first glance.

First of all there is a large outside space with private garden and pool area, as well as this there is an indoor pool which means the villa is ideal for rental 12 months of the year.

There are 3 bedrooms, two double and one twin, with a Jacuzzi within the master bedroom, so if you are looking for something extra special then you will not be disappointed. 

The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a pool table for extra entertainment, and lead directly to either the indoor and outdoor pool.

The property is completely private all the way around the garden so no one can see into the pool and garden area. The bedrooms upstairs look out onto a picturesque view of the countryside.

Kitchen: Modern American Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, built-in cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, dining table and chairs, kettle.

Indoor pool: (extra) air conditioned room, seating area, pool size: 5m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m.  NOTE: Sauna is optional and can be used at an extra charge. Please inquire for details.

Outside: Private garden and swimming pool, with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, garden seating, hammock, table tennis.

Pool dimensions: 7m x 5m, depth 1.5m.

Garden: The garden has a pool, dining table and chairs, garden seating, hammock, table tennis, billiard table and barbecue.

Cleaning / Linen / Maid-service:
Bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
