Introducing our ultra luxury villa completed in 2021, Villa Vizo. The property hosts 3 floors of contemporary and sleek design with impressive features of the highest quality.

Situated in a quiet area of Ovacik surrounded by forestry and mountains, with beautiful views from the upper floors of the villa.

The large outdoor pool is secluded and unseen from the outside of the property, providing guests with privacy and comfort during their stay.

There is also an indoor pool that can be heated during the cooler months, with sauna and Turkish bath.

Inside you will find a large open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen on the ground floor all looking out onto the pool and garden area.

Upstairs on the first floor are two double bedrooms each with free standing bath in the room and en-suite bathrooms.

On the second floor is a twin room,  with en-suite bathrooms, so in total the villa will sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

This villa has been designed to give guests a truly unique experience and you will find yourselves indulged in luxury and class.

Living room: Comfortable seating area, large TV with surround sound, large sliding doors onto pool area, as well as entrance to indoor pool.

Dining area: Stunning dining table and chairs situated central of the property, looking out over the pool and with impressive lighting feature.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with all equipment and 2 seater breakfast bar.

Downstairs toilet.

Outside: Large outdoor pool measuring 12 m x 4.20 m, with a depth of 1.40m. Sun loungers and umbrellas, relax beds.
Pool table, outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue area.

Indoor pool: Pool measures 8.5 m x 3.6 m, with a depth of 1.10 m. Sauna and Turkish bath. Pool can be heated and reaches a maximum of 30C. £300 per week for heating during winter months to be requested at time of booking.

Other: There is internet in the villa, also camera and alarm system for your security.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit of £300 is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Rental is from Tuesday to Tuesday only.
