1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned family bedroom. The bedroom has 1 double bed, LCD TV vanity table, wardrobe, balcony (shared) and bathroom & toilet.

2. Bedroom: The bedroom has 1 double bed, air conditioning, desk, wardrobe, balcony (shared) bathroom and toilet (in the hallway).

3. Bedroom: The bedroom has 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony (shared) bathroom and toilet (in the hallway).

Hall Inside the hall; air conditioning, comfortable sitting group, dining table and chairs, TV, satellite receiver, fireplace, iron and ironing board, sink. There is an exit from the hall to the winter garden.

Kitchen There is a modern American kitchen. The kitchen has a built-in 4-hob, built-in oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, dinnerware for 6 people, pots and pans, water and tea cups.

Pool Villa has a private swimming pool in the garden. Pool dimensions: 9x4 depth is 1.60 meters. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day by the staff in the morning or evening.

Private Private garden has a private swimming kidney pool, sunbathing area, 2 sun umbrellas, 6 sun loungers, garden sitting group, barbecue.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
