Villa Era is located in Ovacik neighborhood of Oludeniz, the world famous holiday resort of Fethiye. Completed in 2019, our villa has triplex structure, detached comfortable villa with a capacity of 6 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. The lush private garden includes a swimming pool and sun terrace.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: The air-conditioned master suite has 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom and balcony. (first floor)

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and balcony. (first floor)

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom. (Penthouse)

Lounge The villa lounge is air conditioned. The lounge has a comfortable and comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, LCD TV, WC. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.

Kitchen Washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in 4-hob, built-in oven, electric kettle, cutlery, 6-person dinner set, pots and pans, water and tea cups are available. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Pool There is a private swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters, length 8 meters and width 4 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool.

The garden has a sun terrace in the private garden. There are 2 parasols and 4 sun loungers on the terrace. The garden has 2 dining tables & chairs for 4 people and a barbecue.

 Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
