Villa Era 2 is our holiday villa located in Ovacık District of Fethiye, which has become one of the indispensable stops of summer tourism. Villa Era 2 is a 4 bedroom villa and offers accommodation for up to 8 people in total. Standing out with its simple and stylish decoration, Villa Era 2 has taken its place in our portfolio as one of the ideal options for crowded families and groups of friends.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Two single, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, tea machine, dinnerware, pans-pots, cutlery sets etc.

Living room: There is a sitting group, TV, fireplace and dining table.

Pool: Dimensions of the private swimming pool; It is 7.5 m x 4 meters. The depth is 1.40 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
