It has a unique design, which incorporates a traditional stone house with modern qualities and has been tastefully and stylishly furnished inside. It has a large private garden with private swimming pool, which is perfect for keeping cool and keeping the kids entertained.For when you want to leave the villa and seek entertainment elsewhere, it is only a walk away from the nearest restaurants, shops, and the town centre.

Bedroom 1: air-conditioned master bedroom suite with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, shared bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air-conditioning, wardrobe, shared bathroom.

Living Room: A living room with fireplace, Comfortable seating area, DVD, LCD TV, Satellite receiver, a desk and chairs, WC, Access to pool area.

Extras: Wifi available

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, 4 cooker, electric kettle, cutlery and knife sets, toaster, 6-seater dining set, pots and pans, is located water and tea cups.

Outside: Private swimming pool and garden, Pool dimensions: Depth: 1.7 m, length: 8 m, width: 5 m.

Pool and Garden maintenance is carried out once per day in the morning or evening.

Sun terrace, Sun umbrella on the terrace, swing, lounge chairs, shower, dining table and chairs, garden seating and barbecue.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
