Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner and laundry room. There is also a large and spacious terrace for common use with the next room. (Penthouse)

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and a side room and a large and spacious terrace for common use. (Penthouse)

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom/WC and a large private balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning and a private bathroom/WC and a large private balcony.

Living Room: There is a stylish sitting group, plasma TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people in the living room. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. There is also a communal WC on the living room floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, tea maker (kettle), pans & pots, cutlery.

Extras: There are hammock, garden seating, table tennis, table football. In addition, it is suitable for rental in the winter period and has a floor heating system.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4 x 8 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There are 4 sun loungers and 1 swing by the pool.

Garden: There is a private pool in the private garden. There is also a dining table and barbecue/barbecue in the garden of our villa.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
