Villa Selmer among the most beautiful resort is located in Ölüdeniz, Fethiye in Turkey. Located in Ovacik, Fethiye, our villa is modern decorated, spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Villa Selmer has a private swimming pool in the garden, offering a pleasant setting. Villa guests can use the villa pool whenever they want, sunbathe on the world famous Fethiye Beaches and swim in the sea whenever they want. There is a sun terrace and barbecue in our comfortable villa garden.

Villa Selmer guests enjoy a fun and serene unforgettable holiday. Villa guests can reach Hisaronu resort in 3 minutes whenever they want and wander and shop.

Next to Villa Selmer is Villa Poyraz. Close together, suitable for families who want to rent separate villas.

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned family bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom (in the hallway) and a toilet. (ground floor)

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned family bedroom. Bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony bathroom and toilet (1st floor)

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned young bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a bathroom (in the hallway) and a toilet. (1st floor)

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned family bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, 1 double bed, balcony, bathroom and toilet. (2nd layer)

5. Bedroom: Air-conditioned young bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. (2nd layer)

The air-conditioned lounge overlooks the pool. The stylishly decorated lounge has a comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, iron and ironing board, sink. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool. The lounge is on the pool floor.

Kitchen There is a modern American kitchen. The kitchen has a built-in 4-hob, built-in oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, dinnerware for 10 people, pots and pans, water and tea cups.

Pool There is a private swimming pool with balustrade for families with children in the villa garden. The length of the pool is 12 meters, the width is 5 meters and the depth is 1.55 meters. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day by the staff in the morning or evening.

Private Private garden has a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, garden dining table and chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, 6 sun loungers, 3 coffee tables, garden seating group, patio and stone barbecue.

Internet Wi-fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. Using Internet; emails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; Watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
