Villa Sultanim

Located in one of Turkey’s most beautiful resort towns of Fethiye, Ovacik, Villa Sultanim lies within a tranquil and spacious area, our stylish interior design that we have in our portfolio with new floor is one of our dazzles the villa. Villa Sultanım, which is a great choice for our guests who want to spend their holiday in a comfortable and luxurious villa, has a capacity of 6 people and will be the right choice for a holiday with your family.

Our villa, which has been specially designed for our guests, has a stylish interior design and is designed for our valued guests to have a comfortable holiday. This villa has a closed shutter system and flys.

Note: Besides this villa, there are 2 more villas named Sakura and Toharya. It will be a suitable choice for crowded families. The same pictures are used in all villas.

Bedrooms :

Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, vanity table and mirror, air conditioning, wardrobe, french balcony and private bathroom / WC in the room.

Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, vanity table and mirror, air conditioning, wardrobe, french balcony and private bathroom / WC in the room.

Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, dressing table and mirror, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi and private bathroom / WC in the room. (Penthouse)

NOTE: There are washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer on the roof of the villa.

Hall: There is a stylish sitting group, plasma TV, air conditioning and fireplace in the hall. There is a direct exit from the hall to the pool.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-way built-in stove set, built-in oven, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, microwave oven, pots & pans, mixer, dinner set for 8 people and table and chair for 4 persons. 

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
